Ralph Peña Jr. has been active in the South Florida real estate industry since 1972 and is the President of Peña Appraisal Services, Inc.
He is a State Certified General Real Estate Appraiser in Florida and has been appraising properties throughout Palm Beach, Broward, Miami-Dade, and Monroe Counties for over four decades.
With extensive experience across residential, commercial, industrial, and special-use properties, Mr. Peña provides reliable, defensible valuations for lenders, attorneys, government agencies, and private clients. His work meets all Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP) competency requirements and frequently supports financial, legal, and regulatory decisions.
